Mobile Screening Plants

Mobile screening plants are used to classify and stockpile the products crushed in crushing plants into different sizes. Stockpiled products are generally used in road construction projects, as filling material in construction areas, and in aggregate production. Mobile screening plants stand out with their high production capacity. Thanks to the high production capacity, labor and energy consumption are kept at a minimum level.

The mobile screening plant gets its screening power from the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen is used to separate products of different sizes.

How Does a Portable Crushing and Screening Plant Work?

Portable crushing and screening plants generally consist of components such as a primary crusher, secondary crusher, vibrating screen, feeding conveyor, carrying conveyor, and feeding bunker. The material is first fed to the primary crusher where it is broken into pieces. The material is then transferred to the secondary crusher where it is reduced to smaller sizes. Finally, thanks to the vibrating screen, the material is separated according to the desired sizes and made ready for use.

Portable Crushing and Screening Plants

Portable crushing plants are machines that can contain one or more crushers in their structure. Portable crushing plants meet all the crushing and screening plant demands of our customers with their different models. Portable crushing, screening and washing plants are produced in different models with one or two different chassis. Thanks to this feature, the chassis can be used individually according to need.

Portable screening and washing plants are produced to classify the products crushed in crushing and screening plants into different sizes and subject them to a washing process. 4 different sizes of final products can be obtained at the same time. In portable screening and washing plants, the washing process is carried out in a vibrating washing screen and a screw washer.
